MERCY & ME FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP AND GROUP COLLECTIVE
What were your aspirations for 2018? We are now into the second half the the year – are you living in alignment with your purpose and passion? How would adopting a merciful approach to your life create changes you want to see come to fruition?
The Mercy & Me Foundations workshop is the first step on the path to compassionate change. We are better together – more alike than different. In this collective of women, we remove the shroud of secrecy about the stories we carry and create a safe space for bearing witness to each other’s challenges, accomplishments, and growth.
In the one-day Foundations Workshop, you will learn practical tools for implementing mercy in your life on a daily basis – a practice that returns us to our essence and the unequivocal belief that taking care of ourselves is not selfish – it is love. What makes Mercy & Me unique is that participants in this workshop are invited to join an ongoing gathering designed to promote continuity of these principles and maintain momentum for mercy and growth.
After the Foundations Workshop we will meet every subsequent Thursday evening for four weeks to celebrate and support each other as we practice aligning our actions with our intentions. There will be a dedicated and unique focus each week along with suggested practices to implement in your daily life.
This group series brings women together who want to deepen connections with their community and themselves. The collective will offer a continuation of the wisdom gained in the Foundations workshop, this program will be another step toward your commitment to the practice of mercy, compassion and grace.
